It all started with the hanging baby cot that Stig Leander designed when his sister-in-law was pregnant. It became an almost floating construction from one point. Of course, the baby had to be safe, but also be able to participate in the world around him or her. It was a huge success and the beginning of Leander.

Their furniture grows and moves with your child and can be passed on from generation to generation. That is what characterize a real design classic and functionality for us.

Baby Cot: A star in your nursery

Your nursery is not complete without a baby cot. Luckily, Leander has a baby cot with a timeless Scandinavian design and beautiful crafted details. Mum and dad will also love it. What makes this bed particularly special is that it can be adjusted in height, and thus grows along with your baby. The older your little one gets, the lower you position the base.

Safe and comfortable

With the bed bumper you can create a safe and comfortable sleeping environment making it easier for your child to fall asleep. But it also protects your child from accidental night-time bumps and ensures that the pacifier does not fall out of the baby cot. It covers only one half of the bed. In this way, a stable air flow is ensured – which guarantees optimal quality of sleep and a natural regulation of the temperature in the bed. You can use two bumpers, if you wish to cover the whole bed. You can secure the bumper to the rails of the bed with double-row tie straps. The sheets of the bed bumpers are made of soft and 100% organic cotton.
