Free shipping outside the Netherlands excludes goods shipped on pallets, any applicable rate is visible at checkout.

As soon as your order is handed over to one of our forwarder, you will receive an automatically generated email, including the track and trace link. All orders are shipped with DPD, PostNL or DHL.

Returns

At Akomo Kids, we want you to be happy with your order. If for any reason you would like to return an item, you have the right to do so within 14 days after receiving your order.

How to return

  • Please request your return label via our return portal (link will follow).
  • The return portal is available for customers in Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Belgium, and Austria.
  • Customers from all other countries need to arrange their return shipment through their local post office.
  • Returned items must arrive in their original condition and packaging.
  • Hygienic items (such as pacifiers, bottles, etc.) and personalized products cannot be returned.
  • Make sure to close the parcel with transparent tape only (no colored tape).
  • The return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. Return costs are not covered by Akomo Kids.

Wrong or damaged item received?

If you have received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please also fill in the return form via the portal. This allows us to arrange an exchange or solve the issue quickly.
