Quax Hai No Ki Series: Natural Serenity and Japanese Simplicity

The Quax Hai No Ki collection brings warmth, calm and natural beauty into the nursery. Inspired by Japanese architecture and the philosophy of living close to nature, Hai No Ki combines soft shapes, ash wood and timeless craftsmanship.

The name Hai No Ki means ‘ash wood’ in Japanese – a fitting reference to the collection’s natural materials and refined character. Oval-shaped pillars create a subtle play of light and shadow, giving each piece a serene and architectural presence.

Natural Ash

Hai No Ki is crafted from solid ash wood and ash-veneered panels, creating a warm, organic look that feels both elegant and understated.

The natural ash finish makes the collection easy to combine with different interiors, while keeping the overall atmosphere calm, pure and harmonious.

Hai No Ki Beds – Made to Grow

Hai No Ki beds are designed to evolve with your child. Available in 120 x 60 cm and 140 x 70 cm, the beds feature an adjustable slatted base and can later be transformed into a sofa daybed.

The 140 x 70 cm bed can also be extended with the Junior Kit into a 170 x 70 cm junior bed,
making it suitable for many years. For older children, the 200 x 90 cm junior bed continues
the same calm and cohesive design language.

Hai No Ki Chest & Extensions

The Hai No Ki chest combines elegant design with practical storage. With four spacious compartments and optional storage baskets, it keeps nursery essentials neatly organised.

With the optional standard or XL extension, the chest can be transformed into a functional changing table while maintaining the collection’s clean and natural look.

Hai No Ki Wardrobe

The Hai No Ki wardrobe offers generous storage with a refined, minimalist appearance. Sliding doors, removable shelves and clothing rods make it both practical and adaptable.

Crafted with solid ash wood details and ash-veneered panels, the wardrobe brings structure, softness and natural warmth into the room.

Hai No Ki Bookcase & Desk

The collection extends beyond the baby room with a bookcase and desk, both combining ash-veneered wood with a sleek black steel frame.

These pieces make Hai No Ki suitable not only for nurseries, but also for children’s rooms, study corners and living spaces.
