Leander is a Danish design company that is specialized in furniture for kids. Their story began in 1998 when owner Stig Leander founded his company in Silkeborg.

It all started with the cradle that Stig designed for his sister-in-law. Her baby had to be able to lay in there safely and be able to see what is going on around them. The floating cradle became a great success, also for Stig’s own company, that currently delivers furniture in over 40 countries.

The Leander baby cradle has a unique design because it’s floating above the ground from a central point. If your baby moves, the cradle moves along too. It will remind your kid of rocking on your lap. New improved version – Also approved for daycare use. Purchase of the cradle includes ceiling hook, mattress and short straps (L:118 cm) Straps in a longer version (L:173 cm) can be purchased separately

Convenient and unique

The Leander baby cradle has a unique design because it’s floating above the ground from a central point. You can attach the cradle to the ceiling with the special ceiling hook or hang it from a tripod. This way your baby can look in all directions. If your baby moves, the cradle moves along too. It will remind your kid of rocking on your lap.

A comfortable cold foam mattress and ceiling hook are included. The tripod, canopy and other accesoires can be ordered separately.
