The collection was born out of the personal desire of the founders Alexander and his wife: to create a cradle like in the old days – light, aesthetic, and natural. “Some things are just waiting to be rediscovered.” And that’s exactly what Bermbach does: revive traditional craftsmanship.

When the Bermbach couple couldn’t find a suitable cradle, they designed their own handmade rattan cradle. In doing so, they not only fulfilled their own wish, but also that of many parents who are looking for sustainable children’s furniture made from natural materials instead of mass-produced items.
