Shipping

How long does shipping take?

If your item is in stock, we’ll ship it the same day. For backorders, the estimated delivery time is shown on the product page. If there’s any unexpected delay, we’ll contact you directly to keep you informed.
You’ll receive a track & trace link via automated email as soon as your parcel has been scanned by the forwarder.

Can I pick up my order at the showroom?

Yes, local pick-up is possible. Choose “Pick up” at checkout and we’ll notify you when your order is ready. Please wait for our confirmation before coming by.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. To start your return, simply visit our Returns Portal.
Please note: Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned.
Hygienic products such as pacifiers, baby bottles, and breast pumps cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.
Furniture must be unassembled and returned in its original, unopened packaging.

Payment

I didn’t receive an order confirmation, what should I do?

Please first check your spam or junk folder – sometimes our emails end up there by mistake. If you still can’t find the confirmation, it’s possible that your email address was entered incorrectly during checkout. In that case, simply contact our customer service at customerservice@akomokids.com and we’ll be happy to help you.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay at Akomo Kids via Bank Transfer, PayPal, Credit Card, iDEAL (NL only), Klarna, American Express, SEPA Direct Debit, MasterCard, Maestro and Visa.

When do I receive my money back after my return?

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, we will process it as quickly as possible and make sure your refund is issued without delay.

Where is the Akomo Kids showroom located?

You can visit the Akomo Kids showroom in Zwaag, North Holland (The Netherlands). Here, you’ll find a carefully curated selection of our most beautiful furniture, toys, and accessories on display.
We’re open on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 10:00 to 16:00, or by appointment. You’re always welcome to stop by or schedule a visit for personal advice and inspiration.
