Leander is a Danish design company that is specialized in furniture for kids. Their story began in 1998 when owner Stig Leander founded his company in Silkeborg.

It all started with the cradle that Stig designed for his sister-in-law. Her baby had to be able to lay in there safely and be able to see what is going on around them. The floating cradle became a great success, also for Stig’s own company, that currently delivers furniture in over 40 countries.
